This unit appears to respond to the basic commands for the RC5 Protocol and the Amplifier (device=16) and Tuner (device=17). Typically On is decimal 63 and Off is Decimal 61.
In a related post you asked for DVD codes and I did find a post in the files section here. The On and Off commands were for decimal 123 and 124 that are the standard commands for connect and disconnect.
So I have included the both sets of these typical discrete commands for the Tuner and Amplifier device code.
