got my pronto to learn this code :

900A 006D 0000 0001 843C 21DE

this is a toggle-on code.

as you can see its not using sony/nec/philips IR standardization.

can anybody help with understanding to code above, to find out the on or off discrete codes?

for another exmp.
900A 006D 0000 0001 843C 30CF -->number 1 button
900A 006D 0000 0001 843C 2ED1 -->guide button
900A 006D 0000 0001 843C 2BD4 -->up button

It is an NEC IR signal. That is probably the most common IR signal standard.

I doubt there is an On or Off discrete. But you could test all 256 possible commands for that protocol and device code and see what each does. You could do that within the "900A" condensed form of Pronto Hex. But it is probably easier to use MakeHex and IrPanels.

In MakeHex use the NEC1.irp file and change the device code to 132.60.
See other posts for more details of using MakeHex with Irpanels.
You end up with a CCF containing 256 numbered buttons. Test each and see what it does.

If it Helps, your power toggle signal matches the power toggle signal for the Pace DSS Receiver OnDigital DTR730 in this CCF:

as well as the similar Pace DSS in this CCF
