It is an NEC IR signal. That is probably the most common IR signal standard.

I doubt there is an On or Off discrete. But you could test all 256 possible commands for that protocol and device code and see what each does. You could do that within the "900A" condensed form of Pronto Hex. But it is probably easier to use MakeHex and IrPanels.
In MakeHex use the NEC1.irp file and change the device code to 132.60.

You end up with a CCF containing 256 numbered buttons. Test each and see what it does.
