Got a TSU3000 last week, upgraded to latest firmware version last night and now when trying to re-code a Philips tv the list of code sets available is blank. Can any one help , how do I restore them ?

Re-download the latest firmware.
Connect your Pronto NG.
Make sure your configuration file is backed up on your computer with ProntoEdit NG... this will delete it from your Pronto so you will have to re-download it.
Run the firmware updater... when it asks you if you want to keep your current configuration, click NO.
Wait a while for the restore to finish, then calibrate the touchscreen on the Pronto NG.
Re-download your configuration on to the Pronto with ProntoEdit NG (if the download fails, just try it again.)
Try re-coding the Philips tv again.
Hope this helps.
