Hi,
I was wondering if anyone here has the discrete codes for this Toshiba DLP set. The specifications for this TV indicate "discrete IR codes". I am looking for discrete on/off and the discrete for each input.
I emailed Toshiba and received the following:
"Unfortunately, discrete IR codes are available only to qualified installers."

Thanks..I'll give those commands a try tonight.
What about discrete for each input?

Toshiba never had that... its a macro... if at all. Not all models have it. Its why we don't play with Toshiba at my company.

The codes for on & off above work on this TV. Also, Some of the codes in this link also work: [Link: remotecentral.com]I have confirmed input1 & input4 codes work. Have not had a chance to try others.

Just a follow-up. It looks like most of the discrete codes in link above work on the 62HM196.
