Does anyone have the discrete on and off for the for the IN42 or something that would work? I have already gone through the entire IR library in the MX editor software and nothing has worked.

Open the manual and check for the page that mentions discret codes. You can set the remote into this mode then it will emit the codes,...

There is nothing in thye manual to do this. I will check the manual of a IN72.
