Samsung lists discrete codes for its DLP TVs in pdf files on their website. However, the codes are given as two digit/character values. How are these translated into something that goes into the IR Code value for a given function? For instance, Power On is listed as 99, Power Off is listed as 98, and S Video 2 is listed as FA. Any takers?

Yes, I have a new HL-S5087W. The Power ON, Power Off, Antenna, Component1, Component2, HDMI, PC, and Video1 codes from the HLR series work with my set. And the S-Video1 code from the HLP series works.

I just can't get any of the Video2 or S-Video2 codes to work, and there are no HDMI2 codes posted.

I was hoping that some Wizard might be able to correlate what Samsung has posted with what we see in the discrete files posted here, or aid in determining how to make the Video2 and S-Video2 codes.

Codes on page 2 were tested with the HLS 5087 and include the codes you requested
