I ran some tests on this just to check what was and was not available. To my surprise (and pleasure) operations such as tuner preset control and full iPod functions are all available on my zone 2 even when zone 1 is off. Yay!

I guess mt recollections about the 07 models were inaccurate. this was an issue on the 06 models
