I have posted 6 new discrete codes for Sony Dream Systems
On/Off and Input codes.

They have been tested on DAV-FR1 but should work on most
Sony Dream Systems

They are listed under Discrete Codes/Sony/Home Theater Systems.

Mike or anyone that can help,
Could you please point me to where exactly you posted these codes? I am new here and I can't seem to find them. Is it in the files section or forum. I am looking specifically for the Sony DAV-FX100W discrete power and input codes to use on my URC MX-950. Thanks.

Thank you so much Grego. I assume I can convert these codes using Pronto Edit and import the CCF created into my MX-950 Editor. Am I correct? Thanks again.

An Update:
I was able to use 4 out of the 6 codes provided in the above thread using Pronto Edit and MX-950 Editor with the method I mentioned in my email.

The Sony system I am trying to control is the DAV-FX100W. I was able to use Pwr On, Pwr Off (very very grateful for these), DVD and Tuner codes. The Video 1 and Video 2 didn't work and that really annoys me so much. I can't believe that Sony would have discrete codes for just some of the inputs. Can anyone tell me if the codes listed in this thread have worked on other HTIB systems.

Thanks.

I found the same results on my DAV-FX100W - Power On/Off and DVD & Tuner worked.

Video 1 and 2 DO NOT WORK.

A work around I used for the Video 1 & 2 is the "synchronize" command on the Sony remote. I imported this code into the URC from the sony origianl remote. Then to use it simply set-up a macro starting with the sync command (this puts the dream system on DVD) then hit input the number of times needed to go to Input 1 or 2. In my case it was 3 and 4. The "input" code I also imported form the sony remote where it was called "function". But I'll try the power on/off you gave. Would help me a lot.
