There is no such code. Howewer, you can use the previous program button (twice) to simulate it.
If the TV is off, only the first is recognized during the power-up and it shows the program you were viewing before powering it off. If it's on, both are recognized and nothing happens (the TV stays on on the same program).
I have used this in a similar TV (32PW9767).
Generally, there are very few discrete codes for Philips TVs. I have found some, for example switch input to the tuner, by examining all the component ccf files containing Philips TVs and trying them out on mine (both RC6 and RC5 codes).

I have a Philips 32PW9544 - Do you have the codes for input switching? Or can you suggest a method to achieve the same? Many thanks.

On the Philips 32PW9767 I use the following codes and macros for power on/off and input switching:

Power On: RC6 0 10 (Previous Program), RC6 0 10, RC5 0 63 (TV)
Power Off: RC6 0 12 (Power)
External 1: RC5 0 63, Delay 1.0, RC6 0 56 (External)
External 2: RC5 0 63, Delay 1.0, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56
External 3: RC5 0 63, Delay 1.0, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56
External 4: RC5 0 63, Delay 1.0, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56
Front: RC5 0 63, Delay 1.0, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56, Delay 0.1, RC6 0 56

For input switching, I first put the TV in a known state and then send the External code the appropriate number of times.
You may have to experiment with the first 1.0 sec delay.
