Hi, I've got a Creative DDTS-100 Decoder which handles 5.1, 6.1, 7.1 Surround decoding. I've learned the codes from the remote into my Pronto TSU3000 and it works fine. The problem is it uses a lot of toggles including power on/off. The codes are NEC type, but there's no logic to the way they are spread out across the 256 options. Examples are:
Power on = 900C 006D 0000 0002 C144 8778 C144 8778 Analog input = 900C 006D 0000 0002 C144 57A8 C144 57A8 Coax input = 900C 006D 0000 0002 C144 27D8 C144 27D8 Optical = 900C 006D 0000 0002 C144 0FF0 C144 0FF0
I've read in other threads about how these codes are constructed, the power on/off being 135 for example.
The Analog and Optical each toggle across 3 inputs every time you press the button. As you can imagine this is a pain when trying to automate everything.
Does anyone know if there are discretes available? If so could you provide them? Alternatively, can one of the experts give me some ideas on likely codes? I was going to knock up a trial using all 256 options, but it'll take an age, and I'm concerned about warnings I've read that suggest I may cause problems sending in some codes.
I've contacted Creative but no response as yet.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi!
An old thread this is indeed, but I awake it again and pray for an answer. Anybody knows?
