I have read the discrete forum for years and have usually found what I needed. But today I was looking for disrete codes for and older Sony slv-n71 vcr and was not able to find it. I KNOW it must be there somewhere. Is there a place that just lists many makes and models and the discrete HEX codes that I need. I seem to remember seeing such a place before.

Dwg,
Thanks for the info, I actually looked at that site the other day and read how to convert to HEX but I need to look a little closer as it not fully understand it at the time. Do you know if there are similar places for other brands of equipment. Thanks again.

ozyscott, unfortunately there is no similar site for other brands. There is information available but it is really for someone that understands how the manufacturer's IR protocols work or in some cases in Pronto hex or ccf's. Why don't you tell us what you are looking for and we can be much more effiicient and specific.
