Does anyone have the disrete on/off codes for the Kenwood 400+3 DVD Changer?

IF YOU LOOK AT THE KEYBOARD SUPPLIED WITH THE UNIT YOU WILL NOTICE 4 BLANK BUTTONS BY THE SPACE BAR, HOLDING THE TWO OUTER OR TWO INNER BUTTONS AT THE SAME TIME WILL TURN THE UNIT EITHER ON OR OFF. I CAN'T REMEMBER WHICH IS ON OR OFF , BUT YOU WILL FIGURE IT OUT.

Thanks a million!!! The 2 inner turns off the unit and the two outer turns on the unit. I was having a difficult time getting any info from Kenwood. Thanks again!

Can you post the IR codes you cpatured usign the keys as described above for On and Off here? I have the 5050 and it does not have the keyboard! THANKS!

Here are are some cleaner versions of the discrete power codes for the Kenwood DV-5900M:

Power On:
9000 006b 0000 0002 00b6 000c 0089 0076

Power Off:
9000 006b 0000 0002 00b6 000c 0088 0077

It looks like that seventh octet should match, but the codes work, so who am I to argue?! :)
