I know nothing about that particular switcher, however some video switchers turn On from Off with one of the input commands (like video 1).

You could post a couple of codes, say power toggle and 0, so that the protocol could be determined. With that information all codes in the set could be generated and you could try them one by one.

My collection of downloaded CCF files includes 7 different CCF files that contain matching commands to your power and zero keys. None of those CCF's has anything (for that device) that looks like it was intended to be discrete On or Off.
Probably there aren't any discrete On/Off for it.
If you want to do a tedious search to find out for sure, you can use MakeHex and IrPanels to create a CCF with all 256 possible commands for this device and then try every one twice (once with the device on and once with the device off) to see what they do. The CCF created by IrPanels makes that process about as easy as such a process could be, but it's still rather tedious.
To use MakeHex, you need to know that the signals are NEC1 protocol, device 135.94 (The possible command values are 0..255)

MakeHex is described (and linked to) here [Link: remotecentral.com]be sure to read the ReadMe file, because the program has no UI and is run an unusual way. IrPanels is described (and linked to) here (despite the fact that this page is misnamed CCF Panels) [Link: remotecentral.com]

Hej Tommy, er det lykkedes dig at skaffe selector discrete on/off? Hvis ja er jeg meget interesseret i en HEX eler CCF fil. Hvilken remote bruger du?
Venlig hilsen Thomas DJ
