Sony STR-DE975 Receiver
I am looking for ON/Off discrete codes for my receiver plus any other resources for remote customization for this machine.
Sony CDP-CE215 5-disk changer
I am looking for the discrete codes for Disk 1, Disk 2, Disk 3...My remote only has "disk SKip" and it is anoying. If you know these discretes for ANY SOny CD player, i'll take them and give it a try...

Try the Setup Code 0158 and discrete code 113 (on) and 109 (off). These codes work for my Sony STR-DE945 receiver. The on and off codes are generic codes for all Sony products--you just need to alter the Setup Code. Setup codes for Sony CD players include 0000 and 0185--try those with the 113 and 109 to turn your CD player on and off. Check out this site for more discrete codes: [Link: hifi-remote.com]. Joe
