This is the opposite of what is normally requested, but I'm looking for a toggle power code for a Sony STRDA50ES. The remote that comes with that unit doesn't have toggle codes from what I can tell. Has anyone ever come across a toggle power code that would work on this box?

Thanks,
Steve Biggs

There is such a beast, however note that sending an input command will ALWAYS turn the receiver on.

The problem is that I've connected it to an ELAN Z630 preamp and the ELAN keypads are designed to detect whether or not there is audio coming from a device before it decides to power it on or off. So the ELAN doesn't really support allowing me to use a discrete power on/off signal. It only accepts one power signal and either sends it or not depending on the state of the source device. This is why I need the toggle code.

Well, as mentioned, such a code does exist.
