After searching ll the forums / faq's I still cannot find discreets for the Yamaha DSP-A5 (a popular amp though!!) Surely thery must exist for this little beast?

I'm specifically looking for something to set the InputMode on the amp. There is a button on the front of the unit, but there is nowt on the remote!

If the DSP-A5 responds to the same commands as the DSP-A1, those IR commands are published at the Yamaha website

You edit this file in MakeHex (only change the device number=125 and the range of functions (129..145). There are a few extra commands in the range that may do something for your model.
