Well, after reading these informative posts for many years I finally thought it's time to sign up ........
I was looking to get some opinions on the performance and reliability of the current crop of wireless access points particulalrly if you have used them with the NevoSL or Crestron TPMC-10.
I'm also looking to find a good partner to the new TPMC-8.
I've had varying degrees of dissapointment with the consumer models (Linksys, Netgear, etc) over time. Cisco's own models have been recommended before in this forum so I wondered if anyone could recommend an A/G model?
All opinions welcome ..........
Thank you for your considered response

Cisco 1131 and Dlink 3200 when the 1131 is out of the budget.

Linksys wap54gx (not plain g) is the absolute minimum. But the other two are commercial grade and have many more features.

We've long used the Linksys WAP54G AP....for residential applications it works very well. Combined with their power over ethernet injector, the device can be placed just about anywhere (we like to locate them in centrally located closets on the second floor). No high voltage necessary with the use of the PPOE device.

Down at the head end we've been using their BEFSR41 router along with a Custom RSH shelf from Middle Atlantic for neat mounting in a 19" wall rack. We also use their rack mount 10/100 16 port switch (EF4116) for most of our installs.

D&H. Hardest part for us is finding a certified Cisco partner to actually setup the routers...
