i have bought a new dell 2650 laptop, and like everyone else I bought the belkin pda adapter whick did not work so then i got the keyspan highspeed adapter and it works great for nile intelicontrol, but not for a pronto it just keeps telling me access denied something else is using com 1 which of coarse it is it is the keyspan, does anyone nowhow to get this to work, everyone on I asked before on this site recommended the keyspan so I'm sure someone knows.thanks
