Is anybody aware of a compact power status sensor that could be used with LCD and plasma monitors?

The AMX PCS and Crestron CNCS current sensors and Niles LS-1 light sensor units all are larger than we'd like to build-in behind monitors mounted in wall niches. We're searching for something compact and preferably self powered.

Thanks for any input. - Steve

Does the company RF Engineering that manufactures this type of device still exist?
