i have a jbl sub woofer wired to a denon surround amp with a single audio cable. when i turn on the woofer the 2 red led's come on and than the green and than i hear a click...no more lights...dead....i'm on my way to pick up my 3rd one....help !!!

Fred, I quit using JBL subs when I had 3 die within a week of each other, all on differant installs.

great......when i called jbl they didn't say anything about problems with the units....thanks alot deco

I've had equally bad problems with JBL subs. That is a known problem.

check out www.audioreview.com then look for your sub model.

If you can return it, do so fast.

They are lousy. I was a repair center for them. They had repetitive problems.

Not only that, the company is a lousy company. They don't understand business from anyone's point of view but their own.

There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

Now I don't think JBL is a lousy product, their pro line is fantastic. Their consumer line has to be worked on a bit.
