I have a customer with an old Yamaha DSPA2, he wants to add a second zone in the swimming pool to handle the same sources as in the main zone. From what I can remember the DSPA2 doesn't have a second zone output so I will probably use the record out connected to one of the Harman Kardon power amps with their additional volume control/power control panels.
I would also like to switch sources in the second zone so was wondering if anyone knows whether the yamaha has discrete infra-red codes for the record out source selection.
Also if anyone has a better solution to this problem (keeping it simple and cost effective as the customers aren't technically minded) then lets hear it.
Thanks

I don't think you can control the record out by IR
