Pronto and Marantz are not the same company, so what is it that you really need?
If it is Pronto, look for the thread "Pronto help needed" or something like that from about a week ago; in that I list the Philips West Coast repair phone number; I bet someone there will have the right phone number for you.
Have you checked their web sites, and maybe sent emails to the contact email addresses?
