Apparently this video has become an internet sensation so now Comcast has fired poor guy.

That sooo double sucks.

It's not his fault that Comcast has crappy support!

If they put you on hold for an hour, whats wrong with taking a nap?

It's not like you can go do something else with one hand holding the phone and waiting..........waiting........and waiting.........!

Comcast should have their a$$ kicked for this!
