got a question for anybody who can help. i would like to link a pioneer elite receiver to a pioneer elite plasma using th sr+ control. i know it will work fine the only question i have is will the plasma receive the control signal if the avr is off? any help is appreciated thanks

Yes, if you go from the "Control Out" of the receiver to the "Control In" of the plasma the plasma will receive the signal through the receiver even if the receiver is off. I just did this last week with a VSX-72TX and a Pro-1130 media box plasma.
