Having some problems connecting to a 950. Wondering if you have to use ActiveSync? Is anyone else had this problem? Please reply. -Mike

Yes, activesync is needed. The 950 programming software should have installed it on your computer if it wasn't already there.

Sorry everyone, we had a MX-900 not a MX-950. We resolved the problem.
