We're currently using the 1000 pound gorilla (4 letter word that rhymes with Mavid) for our flat panel needs and have been doing so for a long time. Were looking for a new dist. b/c we're unhappy with availability, billing, ordering process, etc.
I've been looking into Activelight, Electrograph, and others. Does anyone have experiences that are positive or negative for any of the above or others?
We probably don't do enough volume (2-3 month) to go direct and don't want to keep inventory, so distribution is the right choice for us at this point.
Thanks for your input!

I deal with Electrograph's main office in Long Island, NY and their website is usually up to date with availability.
The sales team is "strickly" sales. Meaning, they know Jack S**t about the product. (from my experience only).
They are pretty responsive with delivery, but again, I'm in the main office area so they have their house truck cover the NYC/NJ area quite well. (within a day or two).
Overall, they are just as good and bad as everyone else.

I do not think you will get a lot of public comment on this subject here. Try Integrationpros.com . It is a forum with a verified section that we can discuss issues like suppliers without causing them to be deluged with inquiries from end users. It is not to replace our beloved RC but it complements it well.

Remote Central is a great site!
But....... If you 'in the business' you really need to get verified at IP!
You'll understand why after you become 'verified'!
You can lose the 'retail side' and talk 'one on one' to other pro's.
The 'public side' to IP is pretty good too.
