Is that anywhere near the Pine Barrons?
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

The Pine Barrons that has been made famous (aka The Soprano's) is in Ocean County NJ , that is about 45 minutes north of our location. We are close to Atlantic City , NJ.

I don't want to hijack this thread but I want to know about the state of affairs in Stone Harbor (not far from Cape May). I had relatives who used to own the Exxon on 93rd and I have fond memories of the place. Is business good in the area?

Where have you been!! They bull dozed that about 15 years ago and put in a WaWa. We work exclusively in Stone Harbor & Avalon. We've been in Stone Harbor since 1946 and branched out to Avalon in the late 60's/early 70's. We don't go any further usually. This year 100% on the island. Typically at least 95% from the island. I am limited only by qualified help. I turn down many projects due to limited resources.

We had a house account at that station and when I was a kid, I always charged fuel to dear ole dad. DaddyO should have kept better records. I would be my last dime that your relavtives knew my dad & grandfather.

Anyway, things have changed. We build high budget homes here now. Nothing cute, just obnoxiously hi end. Stone Harbor was ranked as the 57 highest priced zip code in the country. A major dump will set you back almost $2 million bucks. Beach front >$6 million. One just transfered at > 9 million. And one is under negotitations >14 million. Ohhhh, life is good.
