Anyone know anything about this company? I remember seeing them at CEDIA a few years ago but never paid them much attention. For some reason I strolled over to their site and saw that they use Flash to program their panels - awesome. They have a forum and community to share templates and different device modules too.
Any real world experience with the stuff?

Looked at it when I was at Cedia a few years ago. Was considering it along with Homelogic and C4. Ended up going w Homelogic. Just wish they had the forums like C4 and Coraccess do. I can go on and on as to reasons I didnt go w C4. I honestly cant remember why I didnt go w Coraccess other than the guys a H/L were real good to deal with.

We were pitched yesterday by our local rep. Got to look at their 15" and 8" in wall's. He brought along the wireless 8" (Muse) but it wasn't operational. Fit and finish for the wireless was good. The in-wall was good but not as elegant as a Modero. It looked a bit more Crestron-ish. The 15" was a major improvement over, say, a 3M but still a bit, um, well....it was bit, yeah. I see how the product would sell well as a mid level control option. Certainly cheaper than AMX or Crestron. Easy opening order. For those who install HAI, it's a winner. Program your panel, connect the Coraccess master and they interrogate each other, a couple tweaks and, Voila!, you're rolling with a reasonable looking GUI. They are calling it a "7 minute HAI integration". Pretty cool for those looking to bridge the MX3000 and Modero clients.

They sent me a Muse to try (I needed to replace 3 of their companion wireless screens that are to slow to use for A/V control). The Muse was fast enough but had severe network trouble. It had less range than the C4 panel and would not stay connected. Could have just been a bad unit.

As you play with it more will you let us know what's up? Obviously, the issues you're having are deal breakers.

Do a search on this forum for my expereince. I went with HomeLogic a few years back becasue of my expereince. It was awful. Maybe they are better now, but they were a joke then.

I would definitely bring as much of this stuff in and install it in your own place - make sure it works - before you spec it to a customer - or you will be miserable.
Chasing Ernie's post count, one useless post at a time.

Are you still selling/installing these? Happy w them still?

I mentioned something to Ben yesterday about on-line forums, user boards, etc. He said they havent really had a lot of requests for it. Kind of suprised me.

Ed, have you monkeyed with custom templates or are you using the plug n play HAI look? Have you used their wireless (aka Muse) panels? Little more info would be awesome. I'm guessing that you have integrated with ADA. How'd it go, if you have?

The funny thing is, I also asked the rep if there was a module for Xperinet already written! Evidently not yet. Are you working on one, Ed?

Sorry, the companion panels have been such a bad experience that when the Muse didn't work it was a deal breaker

well i have a muse floating around, and it is hooked to an ada suite 16, i paid dearly for them to do that for me, and yes its hooked to my hai system.

its all stock as i dont know flash and just have not had the time to play. maybe by the end of summer i will actually get to pay with it

as for experinet, i am not paying for that. xperinet can if they want it. hopefully they will do it soon.

as for working, it works when i use it. sorry i cant be more help then that.
