Agree to disagree... Perhaps they operate a little differently where you are located. Here the W/C system is so screwed up, employee leasing is a welcome alternative. That was my reccomendation or a payroll service both of which are way cheaper than hiring someone in house to do payroll. Wow.. a W/C insurer who takes monthly payments with no up front deposit? You are looking at 3 mos. here minimum... have a small company and you are forced into the JUA... 6 months deposit to a full year up front.... Of course we do get the construction employees here in Fla. that have been run out of every other state.
