What about control issues.

We use RG-6, and then use the Terk exterior antenna. The Terk comes with adaptors to go to RG-6 and back at each end.

Please respond the
drywall is going up in 20 minutes!

Do your homework ahead of time next time, eh? It's the professional thing to do.

On the other hand, if the client did a last minute add on you, I feel your pain.
Carpe diem!

If control from a keypad is not so important, we use the Polk. Otherwise, we spec in a Russound system using their XM or Sirius tuner.

For future installations, you may want to check out the Niles ICS. Don't have any in the field yet, but testing in house has been pretty good so far.

how does this unit sound? the niles xm i mean, ive used the polk and russound piece and i have to say the russound sounded very very compressed and well jujst not very nice. the polk sounds pretty good, but unless hooked up to rs232 w/ crestron or video out, you have no feed back, and with the russound you get visual on the KP w/ rnet. the niles could be the go to choice.

I haven't had the chance to hook up an antenna to it yet, but will report back.
