Rico.. If you think for one minute the guys here are busting you for not reading the instructions you are sooo far off base... The problem the CI world has is that many customers feel that the "Pros" that attend training seminars, Cedias, and the Expos charge too much for services untrained guys claim to be able to pull off. The people running these professional companies drop many a pretty penny to make sure their guys have these answers. Another post refered to a doctor asking the difference between blood types. Would you feel confident about his services? Basically you sold a customer on a system you were unfamiliar with, and that gives our industry a bad name. Asking a question like that here is basically slapping the rest of us across the face, and yes, you will draw the ire of the people who frequent this forum..
