Anybody play with the Infocus IN76??? For a budget projector how do you think it stacks up?

For the price, I dont think anything can touch it, very similar to the 7210 in performance.

I think the Mits 3000 will give it a strong run for its money!

Chasing Ernie's post count, one useless post at a time. |

Performance wise, I'd give a slight edge to the Mits HC3000 as well (after calibration). However, out of the box the IN76 looks great as it's calibrated at the factory to D65. Additionally, the vertical offset of the Mits is simply horrible. Unless you have really high ceilings the Mits is extremely difficult to place. Also, the two digital inputs on the IN76 (HDMI and DVI/M1) are a nice touch.

Put a few in, looks great right out of the box. In my opinion it beats the mits pretty handily.
