Hi out there,

Could anyone do me a favor and email the Dealer login and password to the RTI dealer page. I forgot the password and I would like to do some programming this weekend. I have time on Sunday and if I wait to call them on Monday I won't be able to do anything till next weekend.

Any help would be very much apprecitated.

thanks,

James D

Your right, breaking in to RTI dealer login would be on par with the Al-Qaeda getting the nuclear release codes from the pentagon. Those codes are highly guarded as well.

Good heavens, I might actually download some soft ware and program a remote for gods sake! What's the world coming to?

Thanks guys!

Every joe schmo with the software, then we could have great support like Philips does for their products.

Sell URC for a while and you might understand.

If someone on here KNEW you, and knew you were an actual RTI dealer (as in ip, why I suggested it), that may be another story. But you have a whopping 17 posts, and nothing that says you arent just a DIY'er. This IS a PUBLIC forum.

There are far too many DYR's that lurk here for that type of info to be given out freely. That is why you were directed to IP's verified section by our brethren. The attitude will ensure you don't get help in the future.

Please forgive the sarcasm. I tend to be impatient. I have 3 kids under the age of 4 and when an opportunity arrises to get some work done and I can't do it because I forgot to call RTI last week, I get frustrated.

I am to new and ignorant to know what IP is. I am not a DYRs, but I am a begginer. I realize that the login is not something to be made public, that's why I requested it be sent via email.

I have been in business for 1.5 years and this is my first RTI remote. It came highly recommended from several people I trust.

I will wait until Monday.

Not trying to pick on on you or make your life more difficult, but check out integrationpros.com and get verified. Once it is known you are in the industry there are a lot of people who will help you out.

RTI rocks, you will be happy with the product and the amount of support out there.

I must admit to having recently forgotten the dealer log-in and password due to having bought a new computer. Too hard to access the info off my old one, so I had to wait until I could call Matt (at RTI Controls on the Gold Coast), it can happen to any one!
