We have a customer with a B&K Reference 30 processor....just about 5 years old so probably out of warranty.
It fires us normally, then shows "Preserve Error 31" It actually goes through some kind of countdown really fast, so fast you can read it. So it says preserve error then looks like the # 24, then 27 then 31. 31 stays on the display for a second, then it starts again. It goes so fast that I can not confirm any of the numbers other than 31.
I normally do not work with B&K stuff, this was a take over so I kind of inherited it.
I will be contacting B&K, but want to see if any of you guys have input
