My handle is Tweety but I have nothing to do with the organization of similar name. I just had a really big head as a child so folks called me tweety bird.

The RTI file section has the moxi codes, under Motorola. You can use the Sonance K2 library mgr. to open the codes to get the hex, and then copy and paste.

I use those codes all the time, however I think some IR repeater systems have trouble with them. I use RF RTI in these cases.

Last night I bought a Radio Shack Kameleon 6-In-1 OFA touchscreen remote, catalog #: 15-2137 and it had no problems learning the So. Cal. Adelphia Motorola BMC 9012 (Moxi) codes from the OEM remote that came with the box.

I believe any of the RS Kameleon based remotes will work with the Moxi boxes and they are relatively inexpensive. This particular model doesn't have the "over the phone" learning capabilities but it does allow you to disable the proximity sensor which means you won't burn through batteries as quickly as the 15-2133 or 15-2138.

These remotes look a lot like the URC 9660 so I would assume that the URC 9660 would probably work as well.

What remote? I am about to send you codes that I learned into a Marantz RC5200, and if I can remember who else has a Moxi.....oh, yeah, that was a URC 3000. I'm not sure you can even extract the codes from the software, but I'll send it to ya.

The file for the 5200 is named "old" because the cable boys could never get the MOXI to work correctly. The codes were great, though!

Also generally in L.A. Where are you?

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
