Has anybody used a Pronto or Sony 2100 with a Krell preamp? Everything works fine except the power button, whenever I try to add it to a macro, sometimes it will work, sometimes not. If I teach it directky to one button (no macro) it works fine. Are there discrete power on and off available? Thanks Kev

I've never tried it, but have you tried putting a short pause before the power command?

I've tried everything! I finally just gave the customer 1 button just for Krell power, everything else is discrete. Thanks Kev

Try doubling up on the power command. I've had luck in the past using this method.
FIRST COMMAND (DELAY) SECOND COMMAND (DELAY) KRELL POWER (command) KRELL POWER (command) (DELAY) NEXT COMMAND etc.

I'll try that, but since the power is a toggle on off and it happens to accept the first code its going to turn it on the off correct? Or is the Krell code long so that it is actuall using the second code? I'll give it a try thanks. Kev

If the preamp that you are using is an HTS, the discreet codes (more than you will even use) you seek are inside the box itself. Consult your setup menu and owners manual to program these codes into a pronto.
