Does anyone have any feedback for the Da-Lite Acoustical Imager series? Garbage or decent for a low budget system?
I'll let you know tomorrow..

We have used Vu-Tech and Da-Lite. We prefer Da-lite. They make a solid product... What I wanted to know about was the integrated JBL speaker system into the frame of the Cinema Contour Screen.
I'll let you know tomorrow..

We have one set up in our showroom. The speakers sound very decent given their pricepoint and integration. The subwoofer leaves something to be desired but again it passes the grade for the price point it hits.

Ceied: Da-Lite=what you said + overpriced, too.
nardo1: offer Da-Lite 1/2 of dealer cost for an acoustical imager, they will most likely take it to get rid of those puppies.

Ceied & Captain Custom,
I although I may not agree, I am very interested as why you have a low opinion of Da-Lite?

I have never had a problem with the performance or quality of Da-Lite as compared to cost. I do have experience with both Vutec and Da-Lite with the same projector and the Da-lite provided better overall performance. Granted the Vutec was the BW fabric with a gain of 1.3 and the Da-Lite was the HCCV with a 1.1 gain. Customer service and delivery of the product has always been good.

Let me know.
I'll let you know tomorrow..

The acoustical imager is decent for the money and a nice looking install.
