Anyone ever see one of these before, the guys took it apart the other day and now it doesn't work. D'oh
It was tested out before they took it out and they said it worked.

Doing a little digging I found a number in the Netherlands which I will give a whirl tomorrow. The company that did the original install in no more. The thing is about 10 years old, so maybe it was its time. Figures it goes down on us.

Used to be based in Denver, bought by AMX during the Panja days, lone gone, the Netherlands number is most likely something else.

Don't bother putting it back in. Replace with something else. You will save yourself a lot of time (money).

AMX may have something that will let you keep the keypads (2 gang with display) if your customer really wants to keep them.

You've got a nightmare (AudioEase Monaco) on your hands. You may well not have done anything at all wrong. You'd breathe on the things and they'd act up. Often multiple components need to get rebooted...in the proper order. You may also need to reboot the PC and THEN press the reset button on the front. Rebooting the video switcher and audio switcher may also help.

Good luck.

I took one out and was lucky to give it away......

Boat anchors mean more to me...........

But wouldn't it be funny to pull up at an island and see a guy pulling up an Audio Ease System as an anchor.......
If you can't be good, be good at it.
