I think NuVo is only sold through manufacturer reps. At least here in Missouri it is.
Just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Are you kidding me? I get more junk mail from Nuvo than credit card and refinance letters. I swear. I haven't given them a serious look because they run their business like some 3rd line, bench sitting bank I've never heard of.

I'm just curious how soliciting for new business makes someone a 3rd rate company? My intention is not to be adversarial but the fantastic support we have been provided by them as a company is worth mentioning. They often get orders out the same day even when you call pretty late, rarely have backorder issues, resolve rare defective product issues with overnite shipment of a new unit with a call tag for the defective one (a few other manufacturers should learn about this "philosophy"), and now offer a lifetime warranty on thier speakers which sound pretty darn good for the price. I can honestly say that I don't think their is a better product out there at similar price points that offers the same level of quality and service.
with all do respect... i had no idea that you had an experimental surgery to have your balls removed.

HAHAHAHA!!!
I hate junk mail...

Well that's due to our friends at EH Publishing (CE Pro & TecHome). This is not speculation, I have absolute proof of this because my junk mail arrives addressed to the same company name on the magazine labels, and I never used that name anywhere else!!

I brought this up once either here or on IP and I came out looking like the jag.

But remember, I didn't send anyone any of this garbage.

One thing I noticed at EHXPO was that they were ADAMANT (sp?) on getting your badges scanned at the training classes. Not so muvh the manufacturers, but the XPO staff. Sometimes it was almost as if the manufacturers could care less, but the XPO reps were pressing and pressing the issue of getting them scanned.

I like the look of the Simplese to get clients from VCs to keypads. It looks very straightforward in all respects.

None of the docs I read said anything about controlling the sources except that the KPs have an IR eye. Are these KPs able to learn basic power, play, change channel or track commands? Or is it basically just on/off/volume/choose source and use a remote?
There is no truth anymore. Only assertions. The internet world has no interest in truth, only vindication for preconceived assumptions.

I suggest if you want, and you think that you might sell a few, go direct. You get it cheaper than through distrabution and sence your in Indiana and they are based out of Ohio you would probly get things next day. Thay have a crack tec support and the few problems that we have had with them thay have shipped the replacement with paid postage back. We have been dealers for about a year now and have been very pleased with them.

My only complaint is that they don't have a good GUI (insted of the LED's)for the concerto yet but they have told me to expect one in the very near future.
