One of the preamp outputs (center back 2 or CB2) is not putting out sound on the test tone. The amps involved are OK (Outlaw 200W monoblocks) both work with the CB1 preamp both do not work with the CB2 preamp. Is this an obvious problem? I am familiar with amp problems, God knows I have blown 100 fuses on my Adcom 7000 amp! Can anyone help?
Thanks Tom

You can tell the preamp that you have none, 1, or 2 surround back speakers. My guess is that it is set to one surround back speaker. If you go into the preamp setup menu and select "speakers" (if I remember right), there will be a choice for your back speakers.

Hope this helps.

Diesel you were absolutely correct. Thank you very much. I realize it was a simple solution and I should have known it but you are the man! Thank you again.
