Vantage only uses a two wire buss for both power and communication.. plus they not polarity sensitive, you should be able to hook them up any direction you want.

CMA is correct power and comm. same wire and not polarity sensitive. If there are multiple masters make sure you keep the keypad wiring the same to the stations. Masters can only have 50 keypads per. Its easy to make the mistake that they are all daisy chained.
