Does anyone know where else I can get a small amp like the LCAi220 from Boston Acoustics? The russound ones are to big for client and we are not a BA dealer.

There is that Yamaha in-wall digital amp that is part of the MusicCast system - might have been discontinued, but not sure. Always the standby Niles TVA-50

Parasound's Z series make small, quality amps from what I've heard.

Check out Sonic Impact (they have a little 20 watt/side & a new bigger gu... You should read some of the reviews... because they look like toys -but are actually pretty cool for those wierd applications we all run into now and then.

Google shows OneCall.com carries the boston piece (nice find, BTW).

But, the Sonic Impact SuperT amp (Parts Express) appeals in that its 12V instead of Boston's 16V. If you only need 10 watts, you can power it off the 12v supply found in a Leviton structured wiring cabinet.

Favorite architectural-grade amp is the Nuvo NVP2100. Class-D technology means they give off low heat for 100w rating. Decent sound. Flexible power control (up to 24v dc or audio triggered)
