Actually it's not a stupid question. There are some companies speaker wire that will tear up your finger because the copper is so hard.

Tara Labs for interconnect/High-end only, and Tributaries for everything else.

We had been using Straight Wire and Wireworld ... but considering switching over to Ethereal after we eval our a bunch of their cables we just ordered; I find myself liking & trusting their straight-forward, real world, empirical approach to constructing cables.

Yah, but what's a little blood sacrifice compared to that sweet, melodic, "airy" sound the cable no doubt will deliver out of your Bose satellites =P

Why Ethereal of course.
But then I am biased (I designed them).

BTW: A little blood always makes it sound better (makes the copper sleeker).

I try to avoid brunettes, especially those with
a well rounded bottom end.

Now, what's wrong with being well rounded?

red is dynamic, especially when used with a nice
rack.

Can't disagree with that!

Oh yeah, back to the subject at hand. Audioquest. I love the ITC connectors and the free shipping minimums. And of course all the product is well made, flexible, sounds good, looks good, etc.

And Brent, I have used some of your cables before. I thought they were very nice and would use more of them IF I could make my own!

ATOH: we do have the RG59 with cotton sleeve available (500" box).
Works great with the cable pro compression terminations.

this is a bullshit question...its like asking
blonde or brunette, reddhead or black......

i like canare and gepco

I asked this question because you have access to almost all the brands.
We have shipment from X company that we had some problem with, optical cable connector fall off all the time when disconnected from component, RCA connector loose and so and the cost to ship it back is as much as the cost of the cables so I am looking for an alternative and this is why I have asked.

Well well! That's interesting to know. We got a couple cables from our rep once to try them out and I thought they were nicely made and very sturdy. I'll have to keep that in mind!

We used an HDMI 6m, a VGA that was very nice, and multiple RCA different lengths.

Check out Ultralink, good solid product line without
the smoke and mirror expensive interconnects.

In looking at the Ultralink site I noted their Platinum audio cables have

"Ultra-low capacitance micro porus Teflon insulation for faster signal transfer".

Of course at this level of quality the receiver will have a delay circuit to compensate.
