I have a customer that wants to watch Eurpean DVD's. I guess some are from Sweden? Who makes a region free DVD player or do you have to buy a modded one or mod it yourself?
Any help would be great we have access to all major brands so any manufacturer would be fine.
Hi Dave, Do you need regular DVD or DVD Player with DVD Audio and SACD ? Do you need digital video output like HDMI or DVI ? I can recommended many DVD players because over here we modify the DVD players all the time and some of them can be turned to region free instantly by the remote!

Mike yes it can be done. little bit long but you can have all the information on this link. [Link: videohelp.com] I found that almost 80% of the DVD player can be region free by the remote.

Mike I hope it worked, one thing to note is that some of the DVD player can be region free but wont pass PAL system, it shouldn't be a big problem if you let it play it will be black and white but turned to color after a few seconds most of the time.

Hey, sorry to but in. I looked at the link but did not see anything on the newer 400 disc machines. Do you have any experience with those?
