Enversions is a relatively new A/V installation company located in San Diego. Business has been brisk and as we expand our customer base we are looking to grow our installation expertise. Currently, we are interested in someone who can lift heavy objects, install in-wall speakers, run cabling from point A to point B, and be neat and tidy with your work. Compensation and hours are negotiable. There is also room to grow as our team expands. Please visit our website at http://www.enversions.com to read more about the company. If interested, you can e-mail me at [email protected] or call me at (858)232-2004. Thank you.

Best Regards,
Adam Schwebel

I get the impression that your looking for a grunt, most of the guys that come to this site are more the technician type.

But then again most of us probably know a grunt or two. So good luck to you.

Though not a Grunt now, I once was. I think Adam's description is for an entry level installer. Most of us start there and because of that have a thorough understanding of the entire process. Bench techs, programmers, managers and salemen who don't go through the process really never get a detailed perspective of what it takes to achieve an efficient well run installation. Grunt implies strong back weak mind. Those guys generally don't do neat work or do a good job installing inwalls.
