Anyone have an experence with this product?
We have used the Winland before, with good luck, but it does not like lighting storms. It goes off all the time.
any input will help.

Mike, Are you grounding the Winland? We have installed the winland with no issues. We are second only to Florida for lighting strikes so, I'd say it's passed with flying colors.

I've used the Car Tel a few times. Works great once you get the sensitivity adjusted right. Also has a dry contact to trigger cams DVRs etc

I have only used Cartel at my own home. They work well and yes occasionally they go off with a CLOSE lighting strike. They need a ground rod. ADI has them.
