They actually would prefer the touchscreen. They understand that they have to point the remote until its done the macros. They felt the top buttons by the screen were too small. they found themselves touching the screen, forgeting about the buttons.

Trey, you're describing the Harmony functions.
It's activity based, and if anything gets out
of synch, just hit the 'help' buttin and answer
yes-or-no questions. I suggest one of the cheaper
Harmony's, as they're easier than the larger ones
to use.

target="new">Harmony 520.

Larry you are correct, but the major difference is that the Harmony restricts how the remote is programmed, and the Pronto and other remotes like the Pronto are far less restrictive in terms of the programmers ability to make it do EXACTLY what you want, how you want it done, and with whatever size, shape and color buttons you so choose.
What part of "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." do you not understand?

I think I am going to try the Pronto for them. Like you said mr2channel, it is a lot less restrictive. I need something completely cutomizable. I havent programmed one before, so it will also be a learning experience.
