I have received numerous junk mailings from a company that I thought sold TOA products. Can anybody help me the name/number/website of this company? I thought it was Pfantone....but no such luck.

I got a A-9060DH on my desk right now. It is going in an installation with 3 others including the M-9000. I was sorry to see the ZP-001 telephone module can only be addressed one at a time.
God Help you if you are going to set it up into "matrix" mode.
I don't care for the FL display. I don't understand why they did not use a LCD for more info and upgradeability.
You cannot set it up VIA computer yet, only upgrade the firmware.
Okay, I will quit my bitchin' now, after all the firmware is only rev1.1.

I installed the 9060 for matrix and I am still in recovery. A LCD would have been nice but the FL works fine. The only thing I can suggest to any one who is using it is NEVER remove the power cord from the rear, That is the factory default and will erase all of your programming. that ain't pretty

I thought there was a choice to use the factory init or not when you powered it back up. I will have to check that out. Looks like you buy one with a UPS :)

Yeah they say that you hav a choice to use the factory default or the personalized program but they do not swear that it will work.

Pain is programming the matrix from 1-3 am then your assistant unplugging the damm thing to re install it in the rack. At 4am. The gym opens at 5am

I have not tried programming in the MIXER mode and seeing if the settings are there when I unplug it. I might get to it tomorrow.
However, from your statement, this is the most idiotic, useless processor that has no business in the real world. There are going to be power failures planned and unplanned. Can you imagine the service trouble this will cause your business. Oh well, I guess I will try the new EAW next.

TOA said that the trigger is the plug from the unit not from the outlet. Man I don't get it at all. I am incliend to agree with you about the product but i must say the damm thing is sweet. When it is running it is flawless. Without peer

I think the unit is nice for the money I guess. I bought it and noticed the price had jumped almost $80 DC from the quote I was given earlier. :(

The drawback is the extra time needed to set it up, which I think will cost more than a programmed unit I can create ahead of time and modify on site, like the DBX or the PEavey.
I am going to try and use the software today and save a unit file and upload it.
