Just got a HD DVR box for a customer from TWC. It's a Scientific Atlanta 8300HD. IT has "multiroom" silkscreened just below the 8300hd on the front of the box.
Anyone know the details on this? I heard they were coming up with a system that would broadcast to more than one room in the house as long as there was another box in each room.

There was info on Scientific Atlanta's website last I looked. I didn't think TWC was actually putting those into use. They were tested around here, and I think they gave up on them. Here's the website, and they have schematics and junk too.. [Link: scientificatlanta.com]
